FOR THOSE WHO DIED ON THE SINKING OF THE SS CITY OF BENARES - 17 SEPTEMBER 1940. Memorial service to be held on Thursday the 9th September at 11am at All Saints Church, Fulwell Road.

| Search and Rescue Team - Training with the RNLI (12th May 2010) |

 | Latest training for the Search and Rescue Team took place on 12 May when they underwent water rescue training with the RNLI. The training took place at Roker Pier and it was attended by 12 members of the team. |
