3rd January 2007 - 2100

The Team were tasked to attend reports of Red Flares being fired in the vicinity of Salterfen Rocks to the southern end of our patch.The team proceeded and liased with Seaham Coastguard. A search of the area was undertaken but with nothing found the teams stood down and returned to station.

5th January 2007 - 1031

The Team were tasked by Humber Coastguard to attend reports of an abandoned Yacht Tender in the Roker Bay area. With no one in distress the tender was removed by the local council.

27th January 2007 - 0154

The Team were tasked to attend reports of a distressed male in or near the water in one of three locations. The team proceeded to investigate however the man was found and reported clear of the water by Police.

28th January 2007 - 1530

The Team were tasked by Humber Coastguard to attend reports of persons cut off by the tide at Whitburn Steels. A the tide was on the Ebb the persons were not in danger and the team stood down.
