9th March 2007 - 1406

The team were paged to assist Northumbria Police in a search for a missing male. On arrival at the station the team were asked to stand by whilst Northumbria Police finalised a search plan. After a short period it was decided to stand the teams down whilst more information was gathered.

25th March 2007 - 1634

The team were tasked by Humber Coastguard to attend reports of person trapped by the tide at Whitburn Steels. A check of the area found no persons in distress. A false alarm with good intent.

31st March 2007 - 1422

The team were tasked to reports of a Windsurfer in distress off the Whitburn Steels. On arrival it was found that the surfer was not in distress and the team stood down. False alarm with good intent.

31st March 2007 - 1506

The team were tasked to reports of a vessel in distress in the vicinity of the mouth of the River Tyne. A small pleasure craft had suffered engine failure and was towed by Tynemouth ILB to safety.
